Orin Grossman has been delighting audiences the world over with his unique approach to performing and explaining great American and European music. As a child prodigy at age 5, a Cum Laude Harvard graduate, and a Ph.D from Yale, he is a “Star Professor”.  He has a unique ability to combine discussion and performance in this presentation of George Gershwin. Dr. Gossman will demonstrate just how this process works in his first and perhaps most popular concert work, Rhapsody in Blue.   We will be enlightened and entertained by his insight into the genius of Gershwin, one of the most beloved composers of all time. Dr. Grossman will conclude with a performance of Rhapsody in Blue.
